Free Dreamers is a drop-in center for homeless and/or low-income children, families, and adults in our local communities in need of a meal, shower, and clothing. We strive to improve their quality of life by providing a sense of a mother’s comfort through resources and amenities that bolster success and boost confidence.
Volunteers are a critical component in making the Free Dreamers' vision, a reality. Join our team and help us to become a better resource for our community members. There are a number of ways that you can serve us by giving your time.
Make a financial gift and help our efforts to provide resources free of charge for our local communities. All proceeds benefit us to provide clothing, meals, sanitation, drop-in living outreach programs for all ages, and job success programs.
Donate your new and gently used items by becoming a Community Partner or popping up at our Boutique. All donations support our Free Dreamers Boutique, enhancing community well-being and self-worth.
The Free Dreamers Boutique is a mobile pop-up shop that we use to serve our community and create a unique shopping experience as dreamers search for pieces that bolster their self-worth and self-confidence. Our boutique has had the pleasure of serving with organizations like Raleigh Dream Center at their bi-monthly Adopt-A-Block inner-city outreach program. We hope to mobilize our Free Dreamers Boutique as we grow our team and expand our local reach.
Please reach us at info@freedreamers.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Once picked up, your donations are processed at our warehouse and sorted for display at the Free Dreamers Boutique for our friends in need to “shop” and find items that prepare them for job interviews, work, school, and tackling life one day at a time.

You and/or your company can partner with us by donating three things: (1) new and gently-used clothing; (2) your time by serving in our warehouse, programs, or mobile boutique; and (3) funds to help us financially maintain providing resources to our community.
We are constantly in need of support! One way we can make significant strides is in meeting financial goals is through fundraising and crowd-funding. You can support us in building confidence in our community through sponsoring a Free Dreamers fundraising event, hosting a drive, connecting us with your company’s business grants, and displaying our organization info in your offices to raise awareness. You can also host a team development day and bring your team to join us in serving our mission through volunteering in our warehouses, homeless or job success outreach programs, or our mobile boutique. We would also value any donations of your expertise or services that can help our organization to develop and better equip others.
Of course! Help us further our reach and book the Free Dreamers Boutique for your next outreach or fundraising event! We are mobile and willing to serve our friends in need throughout the greater Triangle area. To book the Free Dreamers Boutique, contact us at Info@freedreamers.org. We’d love to partner with you and/or your team!
